The plumbing in Oaks East is Poly B and was the subject of a class action suit against Shell Oil that was settled for $950M in 1995- Click Here for info. The plumber I used to replace the piping was awesome and they did it in one day for less than $10K, but there is a lot you should know before signing the contract.
