Contact me before you sign a contract and I'll give you key clauses to insert. Also, I highly recommend hiring your own inspector to check the underlayment prior to installing the barrel tile and a final inspection. I have a great inspector that is also a licensed GC. The town inspector only walked the front yard and signed off.
